Mutual funds
A mutual fund is a professionally managed type of collective investment that pools money from many investors to buy stocks, bonds, short-term money market instruments, and/or other securities
Types of mutual funds:
- Open share funds – funds in which buying and selling of investment shares is carried out daily on the working days.
- Interval funds – funds in which buying selling of investment shares is carried out in defined by Rules of fund time intervals (not less often than one and not more often five times a year in 14 days).
- The closed share funds – funds in which buying of investment shares is carried out only at fund formation, and selling at the termination of activity of fund.
