CJSC “SOLID Management” (License No. 21-000-1-00035 issued by FCSM on 27 of December 1999 for the right to engage in managing investment funds, unit funds, and non-state pension funds), being trustee of Close Mutual Investment rent Fund «SOLID Real Estate - 2» (hereinafter referred to as the “Fund”) (The trust management regulations of mutual investment fund are registered with FCSM on 29 of September 2011 № 2209-94178425 (hereinafter referred to as the “Fund’s regulations”)) announces that the Fund’s regulations have been registered and the term for admission the applications to purchase the investment units during the formation of the Fund is opened.

Fund’s profiles:

1. Rent is paid quarterly.

2. Remuniration of management company SOLID Management - 10%

The Fund’s regulations are registered with FCSM on 29 of September 2011.
